Der Techniker vor Ort kann \u2013 sofern gew\u00fcnscht \u2013 die aufgewendeten Stunden und verwendeten Materialien direkt bei der Meldung erfassen. Zu einer Meldung k\u00f6nnen Materialien, die Anzahl geleisteter Arbeitsstunden sowie Anmerkungen und Besonderheiten hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Au\u00dferdem kann bei der Meldung angegeben werden, ob die Kosten dem Ferienpark oder dem Hauseigent\u00fcmer weiterbelastet werden sollen. Dadurch gehen keine weiter verrechenbaren Stunden und\/oder Materialien mehr verloren.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">TickSys verf\u00fcgt auch \u00fcber eine Reinigungsplanung. Anhand der abreisenden G\u00e4ste kann eine Reinigungsplanung erstellt werden. Normzeiten f\u00fcr die Reinigung eines Appartements k\u00f6nnen in TickSys hinterlegt werden. Im Handumdrehen ist der Reinigungsplan erstellt. Die Reinigungskraft kann auf dem Smartphone sehen, welche Appartements gereinigt werden m\u00fcssen und diese anschlie\u00dfend als \u201egereinigt\u201c markieren. Es besteht au\u00dferdem die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Reinigungsarbeiten zu kontrollieren. Neue Reinigungskr\u00e4fte k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise h\u00e4ufiger \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden als erfahrene.
