If required, the technical employee who solves the call on site can register the hours and materials spent on the calls. Materials used, the number of hours worked and possible comments and details can be added to a call. You can also indicate in the report whether it will be charged to the park or the homeowner. So no more hours and\/or materials to be charged are lost.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">TickSys also features cleaning scheduling. Based on the departing guests, you can create a cleaning schedule. Standard times for cleaning a flat can be recorded in TickSys. In no time, the cleaning schedule is created. The cleaner can see on the smartphone which flats need cleaning and report them clean. There is also a possibility to check the cleaning. For example, new cleaners can be checked more often afterwards than experienced cleaners.
