TickSys service and cleaning planner

TickSys is a complete Web-Based Service Planner, for processing notification or breakdowns and scheduling cleaning.

The reports entered at reception automatically arrive on the smartphone of the employee who will solve the fault. If required, the technical employee who solves the call on site can register the hours and materials spent on the calls. Materials used, the number of hours worked and possible comments and details can be added to a call. You can also indicate in the report whether it will be charged to the park or the homeowner. So no more hours and/or materials to be charged are lost.

TickSys also features cleaning scheduling. Based on the departing guests, you can create a cleaning schedule. Standard times for cleaning a flat can be recorded in TickSys. In no time, the cleaning schedule is created. The cleaner can see on the smartphone which flats need cleaning and report them clean. There is also a possibility to check the cleaning. For example, new cleaners can be checked more often afterwards than experienced cleaners. Should a flat not be clean enough after checking, the cleaner will be notified immediately via the app so she can take action.
